looking for a az p+ anyone have some old stock?
I still have one but use it for my Radio football commentaries when watching EPL without English commentary. :)
I am curious why you would want this old box though. Yes it does Mpeg2 422 which other boxes don't but not much of that on the arc anymore!
Noisy fan and a dinosaur cpu compared to newer boxes too!
@Satwyn
I've got an AZBox Elite HD. I think that may do 4:2:2 as well?
It is in VGC. I've not used it for years. I might have the original box too.
Is that any good for you?
There are supposed to be some new receivers, by GTMedia, that are supposed to handle 4:2:2
interest in the gtmedia any more info please
thanks for the offer how much do you want for the az
Yes was going to look at 7e ebs feeds but been told mpeg4 now so az of no use
Have a search for GTMedia GTCombo 4:2:2 receiver.
Some videos have been posted, on youtube, by owners:

Personally I'm not interested in 4:2:2, but as others seem to be, I advise you check out all the information, available, as there is plenty of information, regarding GT Media problems, especially with updates, and the quality of the receivers, from owners, who are testing them, and posting updates, as well as describing any problems, so that the developers might fix them.
With any receiver support is limited, and technology, and encryption, advances. I do seem to recall that 4:2:2 was easily possible, but too expensive, for the limited market, which might be why the AZ receivers didn't last very long.
I have a GTCombo too. Kinda works but not really watchable 422. Software decoding as mentioned and CPU not up to it. Also if you are used to using intuitive enigma2 images this box is a nightmare to use and not intuitive at all!
apple 4k box's do 4:2:2 (or they did) handy for hevc UHD 4:2:2 content also. you would think alot more bits of hardware would support it as alot of Mirrorless cameras record 10bit 4:2:2
