just installed black hole which looks fantastic and my itv and bbc works fine.
Im having problems adding addons so i can put my C file in.
Ive spent hrs and hrs and its driving me bonkers
any help would be grateful guys.

You have to install the cam manually.
Download the cam from https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthrea...le-Image-EMU-S
FTP the file to the /tmp folder
Then Press Green Button then Yellow Button for addons and manually install BH package.
thanks hda5, green then yellow. just installing enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam.2.2.1_1.0-r0_mipsel first.
ok when i ftp enigma2-plugin-cams-cccam.2.2.1_1.0-r0_mipsel it there and it install's. when i go to manually install bh package i get " bh.tgz package in the temp before install addons".
just having no luck with it. what could i be doing wrong?

FTP that file to /tmp
Press Green Button then Yellow Button for addons
Select manually install BH packages.
Select the CCcam221_full_E2_bh.tgz file and press OK
Once it's installed the BH packages window will be empty.
Press the Blue button and use the < > buttons to select CCcam and press OK to run it.
That's not in the link hda5 gave you, the ones you want end in bh.tgz which are the only ones in the thread, where did you get that from ?Quote:

ok im using Flashfxp to put the two folder (etc and usr) into temp folder and when i green/yellow and manually install bh package it shows nothing to install " bh.tgz package in the temp before install addons"
why are you doing that! that isn't right.
Just follow the instructions I gave you above.
Just FTP the CCcam221_full_E2_bh.tgz file to the /tmp folder.

Select manually install BH packages.
Select the CCcam221_full_E2_bh.tgz file and press OK
Once it's installed the BH packages window will be empty.
Press the Blue button and use the < > buttons to select CCcam and press OK to run it.

Ok i got you now, just dragged the whole rar file ending in tgz and ftp to temp on box. ok did that no problem came up ok but when i exit everything and blue button where you see common i < and > and nothing it wont change to CCcam. It must have found the tgz file because it installed ???
anything else i can try

After you placed the CCcam221_full_E2_bh.tgz file into the /tmp folder did you press the yellow button then green button and select "manually install BH packages"?
yes put CCcam221_full_E2_bh.tgz file into the /tmp folder no problem then on the box yellow then green then Bh package and installed ok. the blue button and it wont < or > to choose anything else apart from common. very strange in did install but its not there??
the black hole image is BlackHole-1.6.6-bm750_usb if this makes any difference.
Try restart GUI, if still no good try install again.
ok will restart GUI - no did not work only showing common and nothing when < or >. ok will FTP the rar file ending in CCcam221_full_E2_bh.
OK deleted everything in the temp folder and ftp the rar file ending bh. yellow then green then Bh package and installed ok. the blue button and < or > AND IT WORKED :) oh yes your the guys.................

just need to read up on deleting the channels i dont want on the box

Hi thanks for the files, how do you transfer or the ftp from either a usb stick or a laptop onto the vu solo box with the blackhole enigma2 software? I cant find the file on usb drive when I insert it into the front of the box.Quote:

Either drag, and drop, the CCcam221_full_E2_bh file into the tmp folder then go to your recever and install them.
