Struggled today. Cleared nothing at all! JSc 13E has worked for me in the past. Today, (all day!!), tried the 3 packages at 13E and Digiturk. 1500CI, 312p, no cam in slot using Compass 12-9-10. I get as far as ....plain SSSP client 127 0 0 1 granted (tuner au=0) and after exactly 2 minutes it goes to tuner disconnected (SSSP). Anyone any ideas please?

Many thanks Compass. I had read every post in full before posting. Didn't understand the 'default' bit but could see how to edit / save. As I can get nothing going on any of the 4 packages that I have tried I seem to be doing something stupid as it has worked so easily in the past. Is it worth me going back to an old patch to try for sly italia and digitruk or anything at all?

I had it, (sly it), going when Compass posted earlier today but not now. I did have to punch in 9797 on the remote for each sly it channel though. (TM1500).
not working on tm6800hd either. all hd were open as well earlier. nothing was watchable tho as every channel kept freezing , every few seconds. looks like united on bulsat tonight.
Indeed they freezes or crashes.
I had before some channels temporary working on my TM-6800-HD
Now at this moment it's only 1
I also see a line of timeout of a "tuner" ?

Timeout: in short time needed between your receiver and the server for data to travel.
You have nearly no control over this. If you are on the border (700 ms) and you use Wifi in home network, using lan cable could just tip balance to acceptable. Test before laying cables.

If you processor has some reserve: should be ok. Myself currently running Intel Pentium 4 530. By pressing simultaneous [Ctrl] [Alt] [Delete] should bring up windows task manager and show what processing power is remaining.

Risk: yes: it is a connection and traceable. Less risky then using a pay server where they can follow connection, your login, e-mail(s) and made payment(s).
Use C S as little as possible. I would not advise using this to view movies, music all day, you could draw attention to you. Each internet traffic has a certain signature and could be recognizeable and if priority changes from downloading illegal content like mp3, movies to C S. You don't want someone knocking on your door with a bill for the used pay services.

In the UK if you provide anything that enables you to watch any encrypted TV signal emanating from the UK it is a criminal offence. See the copyright act. It is not illegal to use it. Nor is it illegal to provide anything that enables you to watch encrypted TV signals not emanating from the UK.
No doubt they will watch you. But if you are paranoiac don't go on the internet.
Other countries all have different laws.
Good that I've only tested it for 15 minutes,
instead of days :D
