Dear friends,

New driver is fixed, and Audio/Video from DVB-S2 tuner working.

New em8634dvb.ko driver will be public tonight, so all of You can test.

All FTA channels will work ( almost all, as I have tested many on Astra 19.2 E ).

Please stay tuned :D

You will need just to replace em8634dvb.ko file with older one which is located in :

/lib/modules/2.6.22.19-19-the_ripper/extra

Then reboot :)

Are you still planning to release another beta soon?
Will it be the same as what you have already release with the updated driver included?
Or will you be adding extra features?

From what i could gather, emulators still won t work...
This is a drivers update for audio/video so we can watch only fta channels...

There is no need to repeat this time and time again. The team is now working on the dvb-s2 drivers for both the plus and the normal models. Because the most people buy an azbox to watch it with a dish setup.

Don't worry drivers for t2 and c2 will eventually come i'am totally sure of that. But there priority is now to get E2 stable on the Azbox with dvb-s2 tuners. Just be patient if you repeat it over and over again it won't come faster.... These people have a normal life like you and me this is there hobby when they got spare time, they aren't paid to do this.
