Hi Dennis, I think you need to reboot everything including your router so it makes a fresh connect with your Elite, so try turning everything off and disconnect all cables from the router, also disconnect your router and Elite at the mains...give it 10 minutes and connect your router first to the mains and wait a few minutes until any lights on the router are stable, then go to the network page on your PC and see if your router is there...if it is, plug in your Lan cable to the router and the Elite while the Elite is off and not plugged into the mains...wait a few minutes for any router lights to become stable then turn your Elite on and wait a bit now go back to the network page on your PC and see if your Elite is there...if its there then you should be able to attempt to load the original firmware again and you should get an IP address.
Enable DHCP client from Ruter

Last thing you can do is to remove carefully DOM from receiver and then boot, if this doesnt help then USB stick isnt problem, some problem on dhcp app<->your router and getting IP address.

I think you are right if some are having a sarcastic go at you and make false allegations you have a right to correct them in the same manner...but it would be more helpful to all parties if everyone was pulling in the same direction, some like me that can make no viable input to stop repeatedly asking for updates and to be beta testers in posts, and some who could make a difference because they have an understanding and the knowledge to support the ones that are doing the development to help rather than looking for flaws in their work.

I uploaded new em8634dvb.ko file. Pls replace old one from /lib/modules/2.6.22.19-19-the_ripper/extra/.
There is bootup file too, replace it from /etc/init.d, so you can activate showiframe bootlogo.

to return to oringinal firm, just replace the patch.bin in the usb, insert the usb on the box an turn the box on, goes to recovery mode, use Azup in windows and update

umm now gui is speedy but im not sure it will be speedy like that if it has audio/video
Installed on Azbox Ultra and it gets to a startup screen with occasional blinking spinning gears but thats it and doesn't load. Appears this test version only for the Elite/Premium and not the Premium+? Previously, Premium+ required a different version which is also probably needed for Ultra. Will next release, test or beta, include version for Premium+? Thank you for the AZup utility which makes restoring firmware an easy process.
