UR 14 and 7.1 control centre

Thanks to Allsats and tik for the files.

After much testing between UR team and Allsats team, UR 14 is now available!

This is for TM-9100 and TM-9100S. There is no need to rename the file.

We recommend to install the image into the flash, not into MMC as the new UR 14 drivers may conflict with old versions.

We also recommend to use the latest Technomate Control Center 7.1. With this Loader, you will not need the extra files (found in the older versions), you just download the 1 file, so it is much easier to install.
