Just received one of these this week, and am unable to do anything with it as it isn't accepting anything from the remote. I've tested the remote and it appears to be working ok, been onto the supplier, who got in touch with some techies, who advised to 'reeboot' the receiver and check the batteries in the remote. Like I wouldn't have already tried that :rolleyes:
Anybody else had this problem?
I have one of these and I have not had this problem, in fact my only complaint is the abysmal channel capacity..........Regards N.
yep i have same problem... with new batteries working OK... also same problem with 1.2V recharge batteries....
The batteries are brand new, tried others as well. It seems to be the receiver that's the problem.
Just to recap, I had to send the box back to be repaired.....it came back today, and is OK now.
Is it possible to get ITV HD on this box?
yes but you must load channel list with this channel, cant find with scanning
