I recently purchased a vu solo system from someone I know. However 4 times already when we try to watch sky sports channels it does not recognise them and screen goes black. This guy is supposed to maintain the system but doesn't explain what we are doing wrong and has stopped taking calls from us. We have absolutely no technical knowledge. Can someone plz help golf is on today and we really want it sorted?
It's your box so why not learn to 'maintain' it yourself? As you are most likely talking about card sharing - you should familiarize yourself with the forums rules. As you have also said you have no technical knowledge - any info anyone gave you here would most likely be well over your head. You should look at the tutorials - learn how your box works, and what cams are, if that's too much for you - ask the guy who you bought your box from to get your money back and pay sky for a legitimate subscription.
