7000HD Subtext menu

noob question but how can i get to the sub text menus to input dashes etc when entering "provider" details

It's easier to load any lines using your USB stick and a notepad do***ent, saved as .cfg, but you can do it manually by pressing the Fav button, instructions are at the bottom of the screen.
