hi all just recieved my spiderbox5000 and have hit my first problem, followed set up in the stickies but i can't open the menu in network using 1111 nothing is happening, any ideas please.

have you patched it with the newest patch from last december ?
just done and now opening but i can't see service +there, do i have to load it.

Which menu on the 5000 opens the net page with the 1111 please, I cant find any referance to it in the info.
