Technomate 3500 D+ problem

Hello there,

I have bought this receiver 1 month ago it worked fine with viasat card which i have on contract for a long time. Receivers version 2.20, boot version 1.70.

But couple days ago something happened, i cant see the channels i am paying to viasat, i can see only free channels.
can some1 help me with this problem?

Check the intitlements, maybe the card as expired ?

no. the card is fine. i made a phone call to them and they said there is something wrong with receiver
