    tm5402 mk3

hi one and all i have the tm5402 mk3 which i find very easy to use. I c/s and every now and then it freezes and i have to reset the box from the mains and then it goes ok. What other box can anyone suggest with same set up procedure that is idiot proof. As the menu one this one is easy for me to use.

    regards

    Andrew

Hi To be honest your box is one of the best in my opinion. Reasons for freezing could be a number of things,,usually with the provider you are using or internet connectivity. I would try a different c/s account and see what happens..If you want to try a new box then go for the Spiderbox 6000HD..easy to use and you can also use the same c/s accounts as the TM5402......Regards

Have you tried reloading the patch Andrew, or as matter of interest which patch are you actually using?

Well obviously it's all a matter of opinion, but for me, the best patch continues to be 146P dated 22/8/16.
I believe the one you are using may be the one we all found to be corrupt after testing for the late Mr Phantom?
