    Quick question regarding Spiderbox

    Hi all. Long time lurker here.

    Have been out of the sat game for a few years now. I have an old motorised Humax 5400Z that still works, but is simply not up to snuff with current trends.

    Fancied dipping my toe back into the water with a 6000HD. Can't justify the cost of Dreambox or Vu yet, but anyway back to my question.

    Can the Spiderbox power my old disecq motor, (can't remember the make - sorry) that was installed with the Humax? It still turns and locks onto sats OK, but is a good few years old now.

    yes it can

    it can power and move any diseqc v1.2 motor, operate any diseqc switch and can also operate and move any usals type motor too

    virtually all modern satellite receivers can do this
