Give an USB-stick in the box, formated in FAT32

1. Rename Neutrino image from neutrino.bin in patch.e2
2. Start the box with RTI E2 1.4 on DOM and press the Vol+ button since IP appears on the VFD-Display
3. Start JazUp - I've tried 2.1.3
4. remark copy kernel, set USB, fill in the IP of your Azbox and press OK! button in field Install E2/Kernel.
5. Wait during flash until box will reboot and Neutrino HD is installed.
