New Technomate 6800.. What now?

Went out and bought a new Technomate 6800HD, Plugged it into the place where my Technomate 5200usb was, Scanned a few satellites and made sure that BBC HD, ITV HD & Lux HD work.

I then patched it, and began to wonder what I could/should do with the card/cam slots sitting there looking quite forlorn?

My Dish & motor can sweep more than 30'E --> 30'W so I feel that there must be some things that might be of interest to me out there which I'm missing at the moment. 0.8' w is working as well on the 6800HD as with my old 5200. But like I said, those lonely looking empty slots....



Anyone have suggestions on what works well for them?

at least wait a month before buying additional hardware if you want the Dutch CanalDigitaal (NL) and see how this one is settling down.
23.5°E should open some G e r m a n channels
1°W should open some more E n g l i s h language channels
9 & 4.8 E, and 8°W should open a few more.
This when you load the softcam.
Cardreader reads official CanalDigitaal (NL) & TV Vlaanderen seca3 cards & updates these.
Cam takes the official CI module from CanalDigitaa, TéléSAT & TV Vlaanderen

There is still some issues with sly white card: updates, HD channels do not open (pairing card to box issue?)

Does anyone know how much the film 1.1 + 1.2 channels cost for a sub.

If diablo doesnt bring back these I might pay for the ch's if its not too expensive.

You need a Dutch contact that is willing to take a subscription out for you, and who you can trust not to run of with your money:

Film1 Sport1 can be combined with any other channel packages and is already included in the Top- and Combi-package.

one of these:
Top-pakket: € 42,50 / month
Combi-pakket: € 32,50 / month

or these two (other combinations are possible)
Basis-pakket: € 9,95 / month
Film1 Sport1-pakket: € 19,95 / month

you need to buy a smart card with cam: 126€, there is an activation cost. And some expenses to get card, or you have to pick it up yourself while your on a weekend in the Netherlands
