My friend has a Garmin Nuvi 205W that has maps that are well out of date, I would like to help my friend update it...

Personally I have a Tomtom which I have updated with new version Navcore and maps etc, so Im hoping that the Garmin is just as easy to update..?

Ive been sniffing round the threads and cant find much info on the Garmin 205W, I was wondering if there was perhaps a guide or sticky for this model and if anyone had any links to updated firmware or maps please?
