locked out of dcc

i was having some probs with the 9100(freezing etc) so i decided to do a factory reset,everything went ok,the problem is now dcc wont let me log in i`ve tried changing the password in tcc6 and it allows me to do it ive tried leaving it blank,admin,technomate,all to no avail,any suggestions any one

set your ip etc back to what it was before your reset ( in communications setup ) and turn off dhcp

now try altering the password again using tcc6

then try dcc again

many thanks echelon,it was the ip address on the box that i had to change
