    help please

    pulling my hair out here, i have a panasonic 32in viera tv how do i connect my
    6900tm, sly box, and a dvd recorder to it. tv and 6900tm are connected with a hd lead. please answer in idiot proof terms.

    finally got it sorted took me 3 days but got there in the end.
