    moveing to the U.S.A.

    Greetings all,
I will be moving for 3 years to Florida on business and want to take my sat equipment with me. Is is worth it? I have a echo rx and matrix/magic cam and several cards. I am willing to buy another receiver or cam if I can "open" anything.
    Thanks,
    Respect

The Canadian provider on Nimiq has switched to N3 day before yesterday. The American provider is still on N2 but not for long anymore.
In Florida Dish 119, 110, 129 and 61 are commonly used. Files are available for ROM 102 & 103 cards usually used on the original receivers, and FTA receivers are very popular. Eventhough most now do NTSC and PAL, you should remember that the US uses NTSC. There is also a large Dreambox community.

    Hello all,
You said a large dreambox community? If so than I think I just found justification for buying one!
Can you give me any "hints" on which image is best for the U.S.A.?
