Hotpoint dishwasher problem

Hi I have a small problem with a Hotpoint LFT 114 uk Dishwasher, I stopped the dishwasher before it had entirely finished as we had another load for it, but discovered the function lights remain locked on (P switch and the power switch) even when I unplug it for 15 minutes the lights are still on when powered up again. I am pretty sure it was because I stopped the cycle before it had finished is there any way to reset the Dishwasher. Will try unplugging for the night and see if that makes any difference its only 6 months old.

Found this on the net-
"The wash cycle lasts about 1 1/2 hours for normal wash and up to 2 1/2 hours for the intense wash. The door can be opened during washing to add a forgotten item, just a few buttons to press and the wash resumes where it was interrupted."
So if you find out what are the "few buttons to press", it's sorted.

Its ok now but it was the same way this morning when plugged in at first but after about 10 minutes it finished the original cycle so I think it must have been a time thing (just wait until the wash cycle time had expired)Thanks Dark Cloud I`ll be in the good books again for another while.
