Tuning problem

got a dm 800 but experiencing a few tuning problems...cant get *** view 13deg./digitv 1deg/canaal digitaal 19.2....had a similar problem a few weeks back...convinced it was the lnb...i purchased a new one....problem still the same...these frequencies look like they are in the higher 12.xxx....havent got a clue what the problem could be...maybe a setting within the receiver...the lnb is a inverto 0.3 c120 twin output connected to a channel master feedhorn and a channel master 1mtre dish
any help appreciated

someone else at last is having the problem with SV, it's the EMU mate CCcam2.0.9 wont clear it.... to clearall the stuff we can get i use 2.0.5,as regards the other provider i've found it very hit and miss sometimes it clears others it dont..........to be honest because of this i dont bother to much with it.

as i say mate for me everything clears with CCcam 2.0.5, failing that try 2.0.8.

p.s if you cant find 2.0.5 we'll find a way and i'll upload for you.

i was concerned that it was a tuning problem..i had the same problem when i purchased a technomate6900 super(which i had for 2 weeks and exchanged for my current dm800)...same transponders were not tuned or unavailable....

then its a dish alignment problem

dish signal strength is 50-75% and similar with signal quality..i really dont understand this one...dish is a 1 mtr channel master in the north east of england
