Am i right in saying the maximum time shift (Pause live tv) is 30 mins? Does this mean if i pause say 5 or 10 mins into an hour long programme i wont be able to ressume or only get 30 mins of pause??

Wouldnt have thought my country, dish size etc would effect recording via timeshift? Perhaps im wrong.

Ok - I thought maybe it would, but in any case, what is 'Timeshift' - or do you mean that if you pause either live or recorded programme you can only remain paused for so long before it reverts to original situation?

Just wondered why you might even WANT to pause for more than 30 mins?
i was watching football the other night and had to pop out right in the middle of it at the start of the 2nd half!
