Cuberevo mini

OK guys got my hands on a ip-box 900 aka cuberevo mini this week and after a bit of messing about getting the firmware on I can say that this box is deffo worth the money.

I have tested mgcamd and it works perfect over LAN and WAN.

What is really impressive is the picture quality of SD channels, even digitalb channels look good.

I actual prefer it to my db800 and there is no over heating problems or reboot problems or anything else.

Had it on now for 48 hours and it has not had one single problem.

If you're looking for a linux HD receiver and all you want is pictures on your telly and not all the fancy addons then you will not find a better box priced at £250.

be nice to hear in a few weeks how good it is, how often have we herd that with example dreambox 800, and just look at the problems. be nice if u find its good as good as u say without any problems in a few weeeks, then i would go for one if it has twin tuner and rec playback at same time. cheers. :respect-050:

Have you been able to play divx OK ? Everytime I try the audio and video is about 2 seconds out of sync. They play fine on my PC though.

just made some research on the net and found out this is for kathrein 910
did not found anything for IPbox and thats why i asked.

hase anyone seen this new emu, and has anyone tried it yet??
i will try it if i find it

There is a sh4 version, both kathrein and ipbox use sh4 if I'm not mistaken
