I dont have one of these so cannot be specific , but I know you can load it the same way as with a tm1500 and there are patching details in the 1000 series forum on doing this with the darkman v1.87 loader , and a null modem cable from your pc. you can patch it , add tmsoftcam keys and channel lists using this loader, but do not use the tps tab at all or you will corrupt the receiver

secondly , you can unpack the files onto a usb memory stick and use the onscreen menu and coloured buttons to patch the receiver from the stick , or to load in keys or channel lists , but this part I have no experience of as my tm1500 cannot do this in this manner

quote:- Download software/keys/channel list by USB: Menu - USB - Data Transfer (takes 30secs for software!)

    important:-
allways save your settings before you start changing channel list
someone else's channel list has their settings not yours

insert USB flash pen drive to PC

important , unpack or unzip to USB flash pen drive

insert USB flash pen drive to reciever

    on remote click USB
    select DATA TRANSFER
select the channell list.ndf file you want and OK
    wait till complete
    reciever may reboot

or use the tm1000 series loader and a null modem cable

I am sure you will find the usb methods listed here or on al sat , but the tm1000 method is the old tried and tested method for many receivers containg an rs232c com port, and is totally necessary if you screw up the receiver as the usb method wont work if the box isnt working properly

and read the forum , including this thread here https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=77169

and read this 5000usb thread here https://www.satpimps.co.uk/showthread.php?t=89405
