Technomate 5300d+usb

Hi all, I am a newbee and have had a technomate 5300+usb fitted and think I am not getting the most out of it. The person who fitted it set it up on 13.0E hotbird and Astra 192E, I lost the muti vision film channels a while ago and now seems like nothing worth watching on hotbird, I have some films on Astra, do I need to change the hotbird satellite if yes what to. I want to watch football on Saturdays and got nothing today do I need a card or cam, I don't know how the cams work, if yes which 1 and approx how much.

I would be very greatfull for any help given.

TPS was knocked out ages ago. But yesterday a new patch was introduced that allowed you to upload a daily file containing the keys needed to watch the channel.

Polsat have been changing keys regularally so you will also need to update the keys for that.

Premier have not changed keys in ages so you must still be able to watch them.

I suggest you read through the technomate section as posted above this should give you an ideal of how to load the patch and softcam. you will need the latest patch on to you box. I would suggest you also load the dailey softcam to enable you to watch tps, polsat, and premier.
