    Bond goes Blu-ray




    With re-mastered sound and picture, MGM and Fox have confirmed the release of six classic Bond movies on Blu-ray.

    Casino Royale, Thunderball, Dr. No, Live and Let Die, For Your Eyes Only and From Russia with Love are scheduled for release on the 20th October.

    Coinciding with the cinema release of 'Quantum of Solace' MGM and Fox have indicated that the Blu-ray releases will be packed full of features and special features.

    Actually just bought the Bond films on ultimate edition dvd's. These were realeased a couple of years ago and were restored versions. When you upscale them they nearly look HD quality. Some of the older Bond ultimate editions look superb. I don't think I will be paying £15-£20 for the blu ray versions unless they come down in price a lot.
