should be able to record a movie from the DB to the memory stick I use the technomate to record onto memory stick

And does that mean that if I plug in my ipod I should be able to record onto it through the usb port?

How is this done on the DM800. I cant get it to see me 8gb USB drive
i plug it in, and the DM800 see its, but how on earth do you mount it?

1- Blue panel
2- Device Manager
3- click on mount and choose which folder to mount it on "media/usb"
4- click ok
an you can find the usb on media/usb or click on info on device manager and he will tell you if its mounted or not and where it is mounted.
dont forget to add it to fstab

use mpegs as it wont play divx/xvid's
