AFAIK TPS only opens after a key table from France 4 or 5 (10.873 V 27500) has been loaded.
If France 4 or 5 are in plain Via (default key 08) the TPS AU table does not get activated automatically.
Some emus (vPlug is one) have an option to force the key table to load.

My TPS has been on/off for about a year - sometimes it comes back, but mostly it's off.

TPS is down on many or all platforms this morning
the au doesnt seem to be working anyway , and its widely reported as down on many forums
just have to wait and see what happens now
on sammy , it s ok now
