Ch4 HD on Freesat?

When is this going to be on Freesat? As far as I am aware this is still not FTA only FTV with sly card, right? So all the other Ch4 channels have now joined Freesat and fta but is there any word of when the Ch4 HD channel will be going on the platform, that is if it is? I hav been reading on the Freesat website about the HD channels, namely BBC HD and ITV HD but there seems to be no mention of CH4 HD.

"Channel 4 HD has no plans to join Freesat at this stage, due to contractrual obligation with Sky. Expect this channel sometime in 2008."

This kind of contradicts itself by saying they have no plans to join freesat and then saying expect it to join sometime in 2008. Talk about confusing!

maybe going freesat for ch4 HD on september
