manual or advice for favourites lists on 777fta box

All working fine but have mislaid the manual and have not yet set up favourite channel lists. I have created the favourites titles but cannot see how to attach channels to these..being thick! Anyone know of an online manual or advise me on how to do it please.

Edit 19.56..kindly answered in another place by Anrakh (cheers m8)..here's the routine posted ..in case anyone else wonders:

Go to Menu > Channel > TV Channel List (or Radio Channel List)
Scroll sideways to select the satellite
Scroll Up/Down to select the channel
Press the "FAV" button to bring up the Favourites list on screen
Select the Favourite group(s) you want to add to by scrolling up/down and pressing "OK"
Press the "FAV" button again to exit.
The "Menu" or "Exit" button will allow you to back out.
