You are more of an optimist than me, I can see bugger all about the release date of the 800 or the 8000 on their website, yet have been told by a distributor 2 weeks for the 800.
Can I be the only person fed up with the lack of information from DMM? it wouldn't be so bad if we were just told the truth, or if there were another box on the market with the same capabilities. (rant over)

    @ crabber

Problems can also be made up to cover the real ones..... So everybody (except the manufacturer) lacks the information.

i will only buy the Dream800s if it can take Gemini image 4.00 which i find by far is most stable image which i'm using on my 600s .i will wait a bit to hear some reports on this box before spending 100's quid on it it will probably be late summer before offical release of 8000s dream which most probably will be the better of the two boxes.
hopefully both 800HD dream and 80000HD dream both will be Gemini image friendly.
    regrds,

M8 don't think you should post live links to other sat forums.

Regarding your question I think they are talking about the ipbox 9000, if so this box can't do much yet.
Guys are trying to get emu's working on it but no joy so far, does not help that dgstation will not release source.

I have ordered mine online from (I guess) the same source as other posters.
However the credit card hasn't been debited which seems to confirm my opinion that they don't actually have the box in stock.
I would like to be proved wrong and will keep you informed.

I read that post on the forum you linked to Saviola, and it was the hi-def ipbox that they were discussing but its also known as the cuberevo which some of the posts called it, as well as mentioning abcom and dgstation etc. There were also the pics of the 9000 and the 900 model in the same way theres dm8000 and dm800. Whatever the names used it is the same box and not something new, so there are posts here that cover all the same info.
    Regards.

Update: I rang distributor today to ask if any news about the arrival of the DM800. Reply was "they will be 3 weeks" this seems odd as a week ago the same distributor told me "two and a half weeks"
