6800 hd pvr recording help.

Hi, is it possible to burn a recording onto dvd from an external hard drive recording from the technomate 6800hd box and if so what software would you have to use ,thanks baz.

I use Videoredo to convert only the TRP file on the external drive to a dvd file which you could burn onto a DVD with anything like Nero etc

you can add trp to videoredo file list its only the same as a .TS transport stream file

I was also thinking about doing the same.

But can you record onto a external hard drive & then watch on a PC?
If so what media programme do you use?

Turn a recording into a Mpeg file with it.
Can watch it on my PC now.
