    Connecting my sammy to the pc

    is there any way i get a cable 20 meter long for connecting my sammy to the pc i wanna try charing but i don't have another pc so i need a long rs232 cable about 15 or 20 meter long can some one show me where they sell them in the uk

    i still cant find an original cable that is ready to connect in any of them specially i don't know if it is a normal printer cable or the nill modem cable that they are reversed
    and just to let you know i dont know how to soldier

    The cable is NOT null modem but serial pin to pin 9 poli.

    Yep, a straight serial cable, i.e. 2-2, 3-3, 5-5 and not too long. Try not longer than 5 m or so, as there might be a loss of data...

    My cable is (was) long 11 m and it works fine.
