I don't think you can delete a satellite from the list but you can add new ones and tune them in.
From memory, press the white button and choose add data.
Click on the satellite list and scroll down to Satellite oo, or something 00, click OK, name and add the new satellite.
You can then select this satellite, move the motor to the correct position and scan for channels.
This is from memory so please post back if the information isn't correct.

    alrod:
I am not sure if this will work on the 3600, but...
I have a DSB 808 2Ci Via and I can delete satellites by:
    1) scan to load channels on the satellite to be deleted
    2) when there are some radio channels loaded, press the "exit" button to abort the scan
    3) exit out to watch the tv channels
    4) press the red button "TV/radio" and select radio
    5) press the "OK" button and then press the white button (edit) and select "delete" as if you wanted to delete the radio channels
    6) select the "satellite" group of radio channels
    7) I then get the option to either delete the radio channels or satellite
    8) I can then choose "satellite" and this will delete the satellite

You may have to press the "OK" button a couple of times and then motor to another satellite to watch tv.

    be well

you can delete the whole content of a satellite on the 3600. Be on the sat in question - hit the centre button on remote that brings up the page of content your on and I think you select the green colour bit on remote (says - 'list by satellite'). Now hit the white edit button on the right for delete - go to channel 1 and above it you will see that the Sat you are on also has a button to the right allowing you to delete the whole content in one go. I have yet to find in the book anyhting that remotely describes this operation - came upon it purely by chance playing around - & used it successfully several times to clean up too many channels for a clean rescan
