    Fixed and motorised dish on one stb?

    Is this possible, i have a 1.50 mtr dish fixed and a 1mtr motorised dish, I have to currently remove the coax cable when i want to use each dish. Is there away i can have them both cennected to one stb, using some sort of switch.

    buy a manual A-B switch , job done

    you may even get a cheap diseqc switch to work too ( 2 or 4 way )

    does the diseqc switch allow me to move the disk automatically, without switching.

    all I can say is that it works on my samsung box , cant say for any other receiver as it depends on its capabilities

    some receivers have twin tuners another option to consider

    M-a-p-l-i-n do an ab switch for £6.99

    its called an aerial switch by them but it is for f-connectors, part MY03D.

    Tony thanks m8, this afternoon went along and got that switch you mentioned and it works great.

    I do have a twin tuner box (relook400) but the images are crap for it, so I use enigma on it but in doing so you loose tuner2.

    So now with ABCOM enigma image I am using a 1.1mtr motor dish in to input A and a fixed 1.5mtr dish in to B and everything is spot on.
