    Viewing Interactive Channels

Scanned channels are stored in 1 of 3 lists - TV, Radio & Other.

You can check them using DCC - Settings, Backup, Editor.

The BBC Interactive channels on Astra 2 are scanned as Other. Names are STREAM-0 to STREAM-6.

    How do you view them?

I have tried manually entering PIDS & testing. I get the channel OK. But it doesn't seem to store it afterwards.

    I've cracked it.

Edit - I've now found the Dreamset Editor which will do the job easier.

Start It. Enter the 9100 info in Setup.

    Click Transfer, Read.

Click Edit Settings & find the channel to edit.

Right Click the channel, Properties, Change Type from 130 to 1.

Tick the box's Untouched by SDT & Locked to prevent the change being overwritten when you do a scan.

After changing all channels click Transfer, Write.
