    sky hd receiver any good for other hd chanell

    hi .i am thinking to get subscribed to sky.

    are these new sky hd receiver any good to get other hd chanelles on other sattelites ,and if there is common interface with them do they work with trex or any other cams.
    also is the symbol rate is limited like other sky receivers so you cant get all channeles on other sattelites.

    sly hd box has no CI. Why would sky sell it so u could use pirate cams on it?

    I think all Sky receivers have CI but they are not enabled in firmware so cannot be used.
