There are 2 rar files in the DST 9500EMU download - MS INET and MS Winsck. Unrar the files and you will see a batch file for each of these. Now hold the mouse over the start orb at the top of your PC screen, left click and type cmd. When you get the cmd.exe, click on Run as andinistrator. Now go to your batch files in the download folder, right click the first one and click on run as administrator then do the same with the second one. You will now be able to run the programme.

Hi, I am trying to install dsr 5.6 on my vista laptop,
when i d/click to reg the batch files i also get the
msge binary not found, followed katies advice above
not sure if i understand it properly. When she says
hold your mouse over the start orb at top of pc screen
does she mean the start icon [ bottom corner on my laptop].
If so ive done that and typed in cmd where it says run. Black
c/win32/cmd.exe window opens. Nothing on there to click
on admin. Cant go any further. can you please tell me
where im going wrong ?
