Astra 28.2 E in Madrid

Hi guys,
Can anyone please help me out with this one.

I have a mate who is moving to Madrid and wants to get BpieB over there.
He mainly wants to get channel 4 and pie sports.

I'm I right in thinking that he will need a
1 meter dish with a good LNB (invacom) for Astra 2a south beam, this is for pie sports and channel 4.
If he did want the bbc channels he at least need a 1.8 meter dish for astra 2D.

Also what is the best type of box to use I have been told Panasonic or a Grundig becuase of the week signal.

I have been reading on the net but getting very confused, if anyone could please help.
