Luxe tv HD

I have had my Humax HDCI2000 receiver since monday and on the whole am very pleased with it. However, I am unable to watch Luxe tv hd off hotbird. The sd channel works no problem, but when I try to watch the hd version, I can only receive the sound but no picture. The receiver is connected via an hdmi lead to my toshiba wlt68. All other fta hd channels that I can receive off astra and hotbird are working perfectly. Anyone else having the same problem?

Getting it fine on my 2000.

What s/w version do you have on your 2000?

Have you checked the channel details on lyngsat and confirmed they are correct in your receiver?

I have checked the frequency details. They are the correct ones. My s/w version is HDXSCI 1.00.07.
