    lnb for feed hunting

Now I know that there a 3 things to get the most out of a satellite system

    1 dish size
    2 lnb
    3 satellite receiver

I have a 90cmDish motor kit and I live in the Newcastle Upon Tyne Area, the lnb is a 0.3 lnb (white) but I think this is one of my problems because I can't pick up feeds that I used to get on my 80cm dish. On that System I had an lnb that had a yellow cover (?) but I've forgot what that was called?

The receiver is a Digiquest which has been ok for a couple of years but I'm looking to replace it soon.

So my question is about lnb's, does the colour on the cover mean anything and is a lnb better with a lower number 0.1 than a higher one say 0.3?

    thanks

The yellow cover can be found on the Invacom 0.3 dB Nf.
