Sky HD Receiver

Hi all ,
Heard rumours of problems with Sky HD box and Pioneer HDMI plasma panels something to do with burning out the HDMI socket on the Pioneer? Anyone throw any light on the subject ?

this has been going on for months now with various generations of pioneer plasmas but now it has all been fixed by pioneer downloads to the sky box
when the pioneer was connected via hdmi some plasmas but not all got a hdmi error message & then no other device like a DVD player would work in the TV hdmi input
if your TV is affected by this error message contact pioneer & they will repair the plasma free of charge even if it is out of warranty
don't know if i am allowed to do a link but if you go to pioneers website all the info is there
