TM 6900 Combo Super UPDATE ADDON_002?

    Hello Everyone

I know this Model is now long outdated but mine is working like clockwork, however saying that does anyone know if recently there has been an update issued to the ADD_002p for the CCCam function? There have been some ecm changes recently done by providers on this isssue. There has been a release of OSCam r11516 which apparently is working for newer models, I know Phantom may not be interested in doing anyting for the Model but perhaps somewhere maybe a new ADDON-003p might of been released for the new Model TM 6902 Super?

Here is what I found posted on some other forum for those interested in this topic:

You need to install OSCam r11516 as it has the bug fixed. Then place your clines in Reader section and try Sk*de. r11516 already has "Skip CWs checksum test only for:" hardcoded and set to 098C:000000;09C4:000000;09C7:0000 00

Any information would greatly be appreciated

Correct - seems TM ceased support for MAIN TM boxes back in 2016!

They supported TM F3 Super/mini in aug 2017 though shortlived poor product!
The 002 addon is not the Cccam, different patches have been proven to have different cams used in them.
It also activates the newcamd so nothing to do with any particular cam it just activates cs.

What a shame but hey thanks guys for your feedback much appreciated. it looks like I will have to just continue without the package that recently ecm'd cardshare (S*y-de). I only thought that sometimes a programmer would issue a legacy update if a Model was popular.

Again thanks to a that replied much appreciated.

I have this model, TM 6900 Combo Super, I only use it for moving the dish when out of alignment because you can see on the screen the signal and the picture simultaneously.
Also because the firmware is old TM 6900 Combo Super won't be able to pick up some of the new frequencies.
I would advise you to get a Linux based receiver for cccam It's more stable.

Thank you Disco Man but I'm not about to change a receiver only because it doesn't offer the latest version of CCCam, of course it would be cool to have an update of software to enable that for example the 726p patch version considered by most as the best version but we can't all be so lucky. I have a spare new receiver of this Model still boxed new as a backup in case my current one broke which I purchased 3 years back.

I would be very shocked even flabbergasted if Phantom suddenly released an update for CCCam for patch 726p believe me....but Miracles can sometimes happen and we can al but live in hope.

It wont happen and that reciever has been obsolete for many years now.
They don't make receivers any more.
When they did they were excellent till the last few efforts.

Sad sad sad manic01, I still won't part from this Model despite even having a second new one boxed. It is still doing it's job working on most things aprt from the recent changes made by S*Y but that provider was always going to be a menace no matter if that's Germany, Italy or UK.

Are any of these boxes branded as any others and are they supported? Arn't some of the boxes also known as drHD boxes a bit bit like tm-twin is also branded as a protek box I think.

What is the best linux based satellite receiver 2019?

I'm using DM8000-HD I think it's been discontinued. I've written to Dream Multimedia to upgrade the box with a new name like DM8020-FHD-Ultra 4K with the same features which would be great. I personally don't like the design of DM920 ultraHD. If you look at the back it has HDMI in and out only but DM8000-HD has got DVI to HDMI out, component, scart, S-Video, composite video, optical, coaxial, stereo phono. So if you don't have a latest TV monitor you have more options to output video and sound.

DM8000-HD has a dvd player, an internal hard drive for recording, a terrestrial DVB tuner. This is great; everything in one box.

All Dream Multimedia could do is to make DM8020-FHD- Ultra 4k with a dvd player capable of playing 3D and Bluray discs and a full HD terrestrial tuner.

Please if you can, write to Dream Multimedia about this. Maybe, if a lot of us write the same message Dream Multimedia will invest in the project.
