The oscam bin file is the oscam emu file it's not one of the config file. If it was sent to tmp and then installed it should already be 755. It will be in either usr>bin or usr>softcams depending which image you are using.

my box is vu+duo (original one that first came out years ago) and using blackhole 3.0.2.H

loaded the oscampowervu_mips-blackhole-11434 and installed in box,then i added the powervuAutoRollokjune file on box.so the are the 2 files i have installed on the box.

Well i can see an issue you may have. You may have a conflict of files in your config file. Basically files getting confused with other files with the same name. I do not know how you are set up but if you are trying to clear the sis channels or afn I would maybe get rid of all those files in your config folder and then resend the junepowerview ok files so they are the only ones in the folder. It is up to you i dont know what other files are sat in that folder and you could delete your server line if you use oscam for c/s. Other option is create a back up folder on your pc and copy all the files from within your config folder across to the back up.

On another note if could simply be your box is too old to run powervu but i dont know. My older technomate box has blown the power supply so i cannot test on an older box.

You already have oscam working you do not need to change it.

no i don,t have cs so wont matter reinstalling.i will delete the june autoroll and reinstall.

just resent the junePowervu ok files to the box via ftp to var/tuxbox/ and i have 11 files in my config which are all atrributed to 644

how many files do you have in your config ?.

That is correct there are 11 files in the config you do not need to change any attirbutes in the configs. Make sure oscam is running by checking via the webif and leave it on one of the channels. I left it on sis uk to update and it took about 5 mins. You can see what is happening in the live log. If you get the updates it should like the log i posted earlier.

You must leave on the channel for a duration, mine took five minutes others have said 30 mins, yours is an older box in might take longer. I don't know

had it left on the sis channels for well over a hour and nothing happening blank screen here,so i think i,m defeated.

I deffo struggled with it on my solo2 running BH

it either AU on 9e works for a short while and then freezes, or the oscam stops working or locks up and fails the webif login too

or it fails to AU

so I gave up for the time being
