    Blind search hiccup.

My TM-5402 HD M3 CI Super+ stops searching vertical polarity when it reaches 11.676 V at 22%. If I then do a blind search on horizontal polarity it will stop when it reaches 44%. Can anyone advise me why this is, and possibly suggest a fix ?

Uni LNBs change local oscillator frequency around there.

I don't have a 5000 but is the LNB set up correctly in settings?

If there are LNB options it must be set to "Universal LNB".

If it is set correctly it sounds as though you have a duff LNB.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion regarding the LNB...I'll double check the settings in the TM menu.

Plus have you filled up your available space during blind scan?
Could mean deleting a load of obsolete TPs if so!
(Mind you should have had a message at end of scan confirming that!)

    Hi Guys,
Thanks for the useful suggestions. My problem turned out to be the LNB settings set at 9750/1075...NOT 600. I downloaded a channel list some time back that was way out of date, but I installed it anyway. I'm now thinking it could have been that error that changed my settings...maybe someone having a joke. Not from this site I hasten to add. Once again, thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
