Icon7 Total Novice TM 5402 HD M3 Box How do I set this up for Intel Sat 907

I have had a look around the site and have seen various references to using this box to access the BBC Fallback Intelsat 907 Sat, but everyone starts from the position of understanding the basics of what is required - I know nothing and therefore am looking for a very gentle 'idiots guide' to what is required without the presumption that I know what e.g. 'Patching' or any other nerd term means. An idiots guide in every sense of the word. I live in Catalonia by the way. A tall order, but if anyone who has patience fancies a challenge?

if you live in catalonia, why do you need satback services ? the signal of 28.2 booms in there with a normal freesat box and appropiate dish
