Audio Plate connector plug - what's it called

So I've been decorating, and I had all my plasterboard renewed in my livingroom as I was rewiring/running new pipework/insulation etc. As I was doing it I put wiring in for surround sound and bought this faceplate for my speakers to connect to my amp and controller.

Anyway, that was about 6 months ago and I can't remember the name of the plugs that I need to buy which push into the plate. Do any of you audiophiles on here know what they are called?

    Cheers.

That sounds about right, thanks. I couldn't remember what they were called - (old age and all that).

    Cheers.
