    Wireless connection

I'm having problems connecting my Spiderbox 6000 to my router wireless, it finds my router but when I enter the correct password still doesn't connect, however, when I connect the box to the same router with a cable then connects without any problems, can anyone help

    many thanks

Don't forget that passwords are case sensitive, make sure you have Wifi wired or Lan saved in menu 3, also when you select your wifi source and enter the password select the save option on the mini keypad (floppy disk icon) after a few or more seconds next to your Wifi address it should say the word TRUE, meaning the wifi pass combination is correct.

Omit any one of these and it will fail.

One other problem at the moment is that M$cam is completely down so you can't connect at the moment anyway.
