    channel problem

    just scanned 11361.75 H 22000 on 19east for a fta channel in hd. the channel doesnt open and makes the box stutter a little.SW date 19-10-2015.
    Will i need to reset the box and rescan my channels. I havent reached the channel limit. is any one else having problems with this frequency?

    This is a DVB-S2 channel, are you sure you have the right parameters.
