I have been up and down the forum 3 times and cannot find anywhere to put android box problems, all seem very specific ie IPTV, kodi etc so forgive me if I am wrong.
I have a H96pro+ box, the screen is too big for the tv, in the manual it says click "setting/display/display scale" when I have clicked setting/display there is no "display scale" to change - it does not exist, what am I doing wrong?
I also have a TZ95+ which plays fine in HDMI but the tv I want to use it on does not have HDMI when I connect the av leads all I get is a black screen can anyone tell me how to alter the settings so it works with the av leads?
So, sorry if this is in the wrong place - please move if it is.
